Do you have a mobile app?

Office app: Use it in your web browser on any computer. You can add a desktop icon. No app store needed.

Driver app: Yes. It’s built into the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like a normal app.

  • Open the invite link to register the phone.
  • Tap Install Mobile App when prompted. One tap, no app store.
  • Tap Scan to log drop-offs and pickups. That’s it.
  • Works on iPhone and Android.
Does QR scanning work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. You can scan QR codes directly with your phone’s camera and follow the link to log a drop-off or pickup.

Alternatively, install our easy Driver app during the driver phone registration when prompted. No app store needed.

Do drivers need an account?

Yes. During phone registration the driver’s account is activated on their phone and will keep working.

After 30 days of inactivity, the driver may be asked to sign in again if using the Driver app, or to re-register the phone if using the browser only.

What do office users see?

Office users see live status: what's in the yard and with customers, who dropped off or picked up each asset, and how long items have been out. Email notifications can be turned on for activity.

  • Use the Office Web App in any browser. Add a desktop icon for one-click access.
  • On mobile, open the Office Web App and install it to your home screen when prompted. You get the same features on the go.
  • Search and filter assets, export CSVs, and view the full audit trail.
  • Add customers and users, send driver invites, and manage permissions.
Can we use our own QR labels?
Yes. You can print your asset codes on any labels you like. If labels are on exposed assets, protect them from weather damage by covering them with a clear laminate, placing them under a transparent plastic sleeve, or using weather-resistant label stock.
How is billing handled and can I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Paddle. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
Is my data secure and who owns it?
All traffic uses HTTPS. You own your operational data. We use it only to provide the service and support. See our Privacy Policy.
How fast is onboarding?
Typical setup takes minutes. Add your assets, invite drivers, and start scanning. No app store installs and minimal training required.
