Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for TagOnDrop, a product operated by Dunvion. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for Dunvion. Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights are handled in full accordance with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following completion of your purchase.
To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision before the end of the 14-day period. To ensure immediate processing, please use the “Contact Us” option or the support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net. You may also send any clear and unambiguous statement of cancellation through Paddle’s available communication channels. Paddle will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request without delay.
If you cancel within this 14-day period, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds will be made without undue delay and not later than 14 days after Paddle is informed of your decision to cancel. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exception to the Right to Cancel
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have begun to download, access, or otherwise acquire once the download or applicable transmission has started. By accessing TagOnDrop immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once digital delivery has begun.
Subscription Services
The 14-day right to cancel applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription. It does not apply to automatic renewals of existing subscriptions. If you cancel a subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
Refunds Beyond the 14-Day Period
Refunds requested after the 14-day period are handled at the sole discretion of Paddle and may be refused. Paddle may decline a refund if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior is found. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to function as promised.
How to Request a Refund
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Paddle, the merchant of record. You can request a refund using the “View Receipt” or “Manage Subscription” link included in your purchase confirmation email, or by visiting paddle.net. If you need assistance, you may contact Dunvion at [email protected] with your order reference and account email, and we will coordinate with Paddle to ensure your request is processed.
Processing and Timelines
- Paddle will issue refunds using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are made without fees and typically processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
- Refund requests received more than 60 days after purchase will not be processed.
Legal Entity Notice
TagOnDrop is a product of Dunvion. Dunvion is the legal entity responsible for providing and operating the TagOnDrop Service. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all transactions and manages refunds and cancellations according to its Buyer Terms.
